2. Use of This Site
This Site is provided for informational and shopping purposes only. You may not use this Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our express written permission.
3. Orders and Payments
All sales are final once processed. Orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
4. Shipping and Returns
Products are shipped within the U.S. only. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at contact@alexanderfarmshops.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Perishable Products (Hops)
Because hops are perishable agricultural products, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened.
Unopened hops may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original, sealed packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or partially used hops cannot be returned.
Discounted or promotional items are final sale.
5. No Rewards Program
We currently do not offer a rewards or loyalty program.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Alexander Farms LLC and may not be used without permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information except as needed to fulfill your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased. All items are sold “as-is” and “as available.”
