Return & Refund Policy (Hops)

• Perishable products: Because hops are perishable, we do not accept returns of opened packages.

• Unopened items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the hops remain sealed in their original packaging.

• Damaged or defective orders: If your hops arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

• Refund timing: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Non-returnable items: Opened hops and discounted items are final sale.
